Nothing I can't handle but it made me really mad so I went to the gym and I had plan on hitting all time PRís and did. do you think that it's a psychological thing or do you think that anger actually helps you push more weights

    Weight training while angry

    I had a really pissed-off day problems with the girlfriend at home and also work issues. Nothing I can't handle but it made me really mad so I went to the gym and I had plan on hitting all time PRís and did. do you think that it's a psychological thing or do you think that anger actually helps you push more weights

    yes but if you are hurting your form in the proces it isn't a good thing

    i like to train when im angry i can lift more
    i take the anger out on the weights and feel better after imo

    Absolutely it helps but donít chase the anger. Use it if it comes but donít try to recreate it
