Weight training while angry

Have you heard of an anger-junkie? There's a whole field of addiction specialists. It dumps adrenaline and dopamine into the blood for fight of flight and it's cheaper than a cup of coffee. In fact some nations have rebuilt after wars based on arousing their citizens to be angry at like the versailles treaty.

People who are angry too much, for whatever, tend to have strained cardiovascular systems which isn't good.

I agree with Stevesmi above, if your form is out of whack you can actually injure your body...and it doesn't take much effort to break like an index finger, all you need is to hit the wrong angle.

Channeling your anger is great to hit PR, but just be careful since anger is an wild animal and it can be abused.
 
Absolutely that can make a difference. Think about the opposite scenario where you really don't feel like training that day......your workout will likely be shit.
