Weight training for track athletes

so I am a college track athlete who does it for fun, I am in no way fast like some of these other crazy athletes that I see. But I go to a small college and I made the track team and just want to improve myself. What kind of weight training do you recommend I do oh, I went to Nationals last year and some of these athletes had huge bulging muscles and I'm sitting here all skinny
 
Use weights but mainly upper body, so your legs dont get too big or too muscular, too much pumps in legs hard to run
