weight training markets to set

what are some of the top weight training markers i should be aiming for in my goals? Example I know that 2 plates on the bench is a good marker and then from there you should aim for 3 plates. Same on the squat, first goal is 3 plates and then 4 plates when i get stronger. What markers do you set on other lifts?

i see a lot of guys deadlifting plates with horrible form using every crutch cheat belt, straps, wraps, gloves, etc. so i would tell you to focus on correct form as your new marker and lift RAW. that teaches you how to do it right. like learning to fly a plane and trying out a jumbo jet for your first time.

What works for me is also setting short term goals. That makes your long term goal seem more achievable and you won't get discouraged as easily.
