weight training help routine

I'm weight training hard for the rest of this year and got myself set up on a split routine with the help of a good friend. what do you think about this setup? my biggest enemy is getting bored.
monday-----chest/bis/forearms/abs
tuesday----off/cardio
wednesday--quads/hamsstrings
thursday---back/tris/abs
friday-----shoulders/calves
saturday---cardio
sunday-----OFF, watching football

More than that would be injuries and or over training
 
What I like to do switch up my training routine every 6 weeks or so to keep things interesting. If you are training hard and safely any program will work for you.
