weight training cardio additions to routine

hey guys i'm looking to add in some hardcore weight training style cardio to my routine to get my heart rate pumping up and getting into better shape. was thinking of ripping off some crossfit type principles like bleachers, tire flipping, and barbell high rep in a short amount of time. any other suggestions?
 
You can even do some cardio between sets. Just take a step with you but make sure you go hard for the 30 seconds - 1 minute.
