weight training after bad night

I have a newborn baby and she has colic so she wakes us up in the middle of the night screaming quite a lot. I am lucky to get 4 hours of sleep on some nights, while others the baby sleeps good and i can get my full 7 hours. is it okay to still weight train after a bad night or do you just scratch the session?
 
You need balance or you will eventually have a breakdown. Your mental state and rest is more important than trying to push through a workout. This is why tons of guys who are big into fitness take a break once they get married and have kids. Only to come back to it after the kids get older. I went through this myself so I completely understand.
 
I raised two kids while my wife worked nights and still trained whether it was 2 hours of sleep or 8. I never gave it much thought. Just kept grinding. Life happens and o dont accept excuses or writing off sessions.
