Weght Training Routines

Looking for advice for weight training routines for guys 55 years old and above. Have been working out five days a week for the last six months. Trying to achieve two things, 1) size, and 2) definition. Let me know what you've had the most success with.
 
OK bro.....first thing is not to over do it.......get into it slowly!!!!!It s probably beneficial training lightly with some basics first! ne one else!??
