Vento9 progress thread

Figured I'd start off with a progress thread to keep track and hopefully keep myself motivated. I just started back at the gym after taking a year off. I'm 29 weigh 150 height 5' 9. I've always been a hard gainer, which in some ways discouraged me to stop going. Before I stopped I weighed about 158, flat-benched 250 x 3 didn't really start deadlifting or squats until the end so I never really got those numbers up to where they should be. I'd say deadlift was around 260 and squats about the same.

I've decided it's time to get back into it 100%. I've changed my diet, eating clean and roughly every 2 hours. I've also thrown in a protein shake 2 times a day to up my calorie intake and drink only water. My overall goal is to gain at least 15 solid pounds and get my lifts back to where they were.
I'll throw up a current pic and one from before I stopped.

Current routine (trying to keep it really simple) I alternate between the two days, lifting one day on and the next day rest and so forth.

Any comments, recommendations or constructive criticism are welcome.

Day 1 (everything 5x5)
Squats
Deadlift
Flat bench
pull-ups
dips

Day 2
Squats
Seated military press
Bent over db rows
pull-ups
