So I've been off a little over a month due to an injury and I'm slowly starting back again... Still a beginner and was given the advice from a great source on here that I should be doing a full body or upper/lower body split. Can anyone recommend some routines or resources I can look up. I have been researching some routines online but wud like you guys experience and input please. Today I'm doing the following as my upper body:

Bench press
Bent over row
Close grip pull down
Seated DB shoulder press
Alternating bicep curl
Tricep kickbacks backs
Assisted pull ups

I agree with Mobster on this. If you were still making gains with your routine, there is no need to complicate or change it yet.
