As a mix up from working out in the gym, I've been working out with the Kahuna Big Stick and a longboard skateboard. I've noticed the biggest difference in my triceps and chest so far. I'm in the gym 4 times / week for maybe 1.5 hours, and I take the Big Stick out a couple times a week for as long as my body can handle. It works you pretty well, and its really chill. Any of you try it yet?
