Upper back

pulls using your back muscles will help

if you ever notice 99% of guys in the gym use their arms and shoulders when doing pulls.. ironically they are working muscles that are already strong and making their back muscles weaker in the process
 
That is exactly the issue! The arms and shoulders are becoming insanely big while neck and upper back has little change. This result looks a bit weird. So I guess the trapezoid exercise es would be optional but with a great focus on the back

lift less weight so your form is correct. meatheads are more worried about doing heavy weight to impress people around them.

pretend there is a coin in your middle back that you are squeezing.
