Yeah I am just getting really back in the swing of things from a big layoff and being sick. I am planning on getting 500 with a shirt by the end of summer. Bench is just not my lift my bench stroke is like 14-15" because of my long ass arms. Oh well.

Hell yeah fajitas sound pretty damn good right about now :chomp:

These first sets were done on the flat press that is too small for me while I was waiting for the jackass taking 10 minutes per set to finish.

Pretty happy with last night as it is the first time I have rep'd 365 since I came back from the layoff.

Then rode the recumbant bike for a 15 min cool down. This was heinus because on the tv's was basketball, survivor, and the apprentice. I hate bball and reality tv so it made cardio that much worse.

At the university, where I do my bicycle cardio, there are always young girls in tight shorts on the treadmills between me and the tv's :)
