Nice!! Ill have to check those out when I get some extra money again. Those 250lb farmer walks are insane brother. Very impressive! Glad to hear your feeling better and getting back into training again. Youll be back in no time! Let me know how that routine works out for you!

Didn't go so well was a little off from having been out too late drinking for St. Patty's.

315x3atf Couldn't keep my balance so decided to go back down before I hurt myself.

315x3 Damn bar had almost no knurling and I didn't bring my straps

Short day since I was not at my best. Next week will see deads and hopefully a better day since I won't be drinking.

Not bad at least you got a workout in, alot of guys who went out for St. Patrick's Day usually don't go for the next 2-5 days

Yeah I had to fight through a bit but an ok day at the gym is better than staying home
