Unilateral Training for symmetry?

Excerpt: I'd like to even out my right bicep, tricep and lower chest. Can I use unilateral training for this? Any ideas? Sets/reps? Should I add an extra unilateral set with my normal bilateral training?

    I don't know how far off your right side is from your left but I used to have slight differences too. But just from training over the years I have evened out without any unilateral training.
