    Unbalanced Chest

    Hello people,

Since bodybuilding is not a temporary ambition for me, I have a problem to solve which bothers me a lot.

I want to mention that I'm a newbie and I do not use any supplement but multivit, for now.

My left side is bigger than right side and in order to even it out, I'm not doing incline and flat bb bench press but I'm doing them with dbs. Am I on the right track? How long does it takes to even out, because people can notice the difference when I wear tight tees.

    Re: Unbalanced Chest

I would keep training them as normal, and not exclude barbell exercise either. It can take a while, but it should more or less even out eventually. How long will depend on your diet, training, and genetics.
