The Ultimate Training Split

For many, the allure of possessing big, brawny muscles is the overriding reason that they train with weights. Unfortunately, for most, the quest to achieve a massive physique is an elusive goal. Only a precious few actually make substantial gains in muscular size, and many simply give up in frustration.
 
Glad I've come across this, really liking the look of the program. I've followed sl5x5 and been running various bb routines, plus one now that my mate set for me and involves training same bb 2xweek.

I don't feel I ever gain much strength on any program, except newbie gains on sl5x5, but this is probably due to also trying to cut bf. will this program be any different? I struggle to build muscle, but can get fat very easily , so I'm not a typical hard gainer.

Any suggestions guys?
