Excerpt: any good excercises out there? i mean a good plyometric workout,, i got the weight lifting for legs down and i lift quite alot for my size, but dont know whata good and fast way to increase vertical jump poss before spring starts.
willing to sacrifice my body lol just wanna see some real results

Not my area of expertise but I would think box jumps may help

I'm not posting workouts as I'm not coaching you, know nothing about you and so on. But yes basing a plyometric workout around box jumps would be good.

Lots of jumps and explosive movements. You will have to think of every rep as moving as fast as you possibly can!

there was a guy who trained to dunk a basketball i saw online. he just kept working at it and set a goal and he got there slowly
