Trouble with the delts

Excerpt: Ive been training for a couple of years and have been having a hard time building muscle but the place where I have the most trouble is my delts they arent as broad and defined as I would like, I dont do much front delt work because I press a lot and quite frankly Im not worried about them or rear delts Im really just trying to build my lateral delts. I do a lot of lateral raises and some dumbbell and barbell presses but Idk what Im doing wrong, can anyone help me?

    Sometimes genetics will just be a limitation there. You can try more variety in lateral raises though, standing, seated, cheater, cable pulls, etc.

    at the end of the day over training the delts can get you into big trouble

    rather i would like to see you stick with the compound lifts since you are pretty new to this
