as they suck bigrtime I thought as on a cycle I might give supersetting a try. Never really done it before so maybe some change will do some good..
program
Narrow grip bench
3 light warmup sets
then I put on a weight that I did 13reps for, shooted for 15 but no..
Then 8reps with a lower weight
lowerered again and 6more reps
lowered
8reps
and a last one, very light for 6reps. Holy crap the burning feeling I got from this.
Went on to biceps
Seated DB curls on the end of the bench
60lb for 15reps
50lb for 5reps
45lb 5 reps
40lb 4 reps
SHIT!!

Triceps
Sculls with EZ curl bar
8reps with I do now what
lowered and did 5, then 5 then 5
incline db curls(very incline...)
3 sets of 5reps each, and now I almost died
pressdowns
3sets, 8 reps each
the arms looked 1" biger, I think they were as I had the most amazing pump in them, sick.

felt strange, almost sick, but in a good way
one arm kickbacks
15reps, then 8 reps
I was totaly wiped, couldnt't do one more rep
koncentration curls
20reps, 6reps
Then a big drink with dextrose and whey protein
1 hour later 110g carbs + 70g protein + c-vit + kalcium + zink + multivit dbol
2 hours later, before bedtime 60g carbs(slow), 3g omega3 fish oil, 1g c-vit. 1 multivit, 5mg dbol, 1 garlic extract, kalcium + magnesium
will get up in the middle of the night to drink a casein drink
tomorrow = forst half of the day I will eat 50g carbs + 40g protein every 2½ hours + 10g fat each meal.
