tricep superset

how do you correctly perform this?

anyone have an animated demo of this or anything...? or could describe it to me

Do a set of cg benches then with no rest do a set of pushdowns = tricep superset..or you can use and variation you like
 
What works well for me is to start with nosecrushers with a cambered bar directly into close grip presses, never putting the bar down.

Skull Crushers + Close grip bench is what i used the other day...well 3 days ago....my tri's are still sore from it =)
 
skulls to curls would be more correct for a "superset". opposing muscle groups make up supersets.

a compound set would be any 2 TRICEP movements.

i always thought it was the other way around
 
Triceps respond well to high reps high burn. Go heavy once in awhile. I will super set reverse grip pushdowns with v-bar pushdowns.
