treatment for elbow pain

I've elbow pain for a few months already, at first I ignore it but then it's been increasing and it is affecting my work out, I took fish oil for a while but it didn't work, I was wondering if there is a treatment I can follow for elbow pain to recover faster, like therapy, supplements and special foods that can help , please link or give me an idea of the methods to follow guys, thank you
 
it is hard to really teach you some exercises on here but one is putting your arm out straight and bending your palms up for 30 seconds, then down for 30 seconds and do 3 sets of each. that will stretch out the forearms

also you may have to just take a break from lifting to let it heal up
 
Sounds like tendinitis or possibly arthritis in your elbow joint. If it's either of those, truthfully it's mostly an over use thing. Nothing is really going to help besides take time off.
