I chose to have I titanium plate put in and now I am in the healing stage what kind of workout can I still do when it comes to getting my leg strong. I'm sure someone out there has that with a broken bone and working out

    Training with titanium plate

    I was playing flag football and I had a collision playing safety and the guy slammed into my leg and cracked my lower leg. I chose to have I titanium plate put in and now I am in the healing stage
    what kind of workout can I still do when it comes to getting my leg strong. I'm sure someone out there has that with a broken bone and working out

    never had a broken bone in my life but know people who have
    you are already at an advantage cause you are muscular so that isn't the issue at all, the real issue with you is gaining back your strength

    i broke my tibula years ago when i played football. it took me 4 months to heal and i was back running again

    if you broke your leg or lower body stop training that part for sure
    do yoga and stretching daily and massages

    meanwhile work upper body and a lot of sit down workouts

    bro i climb 120ft pole every morning 5am on tanker in wind and rain in middle of ocean just to fly american flag and salute. i did this even when i broke my back so stop being a pooosy

    You must recover completely first, but upper body you can work any time

    While it's healing? None. Rehab first. After just do what you've always done - but start super light and easy and work back up to where you was.

    Also train your other leg. That CAN be trained hard.

    Give your body time to heal....then start with light exercises...
