    Sunday arms
    Monday chest and back
    Tuesday abs and legs
    Wednesday off
    Thursday arms
    Friday chest and back
    Saturday off

    you can train your abs and calves often, but pounding your arms is a huge mistake and will result in wrist and elbow issues

    1 time per week is enough

    Have to agree with everyone on the over training arms . I see ked my elbow and both wrists because of it and in a very short time . Be careful and good luck brother.

    I don't see any cardio training, perhaps switch 1 arms day for cardio

    I usually just do arms with accessory work as they get hit with about every work out.
