training for love handles

I have lost all the extra pounds I wanted to, but freaking love handles are still there, I need tips about which type of training to do to get rid of them, I need something really intensive guys, thanks.
 
Great job losing fat so far. The last bit is tough and you just have to keep at it. Continue to decrease calories or do more cardio until you are there. It definitely gets tougher so you can look to add things like Cardarine and n2slin (before meals).
 
We all have stubborn body fat levels. For men, it's generally in their lower back and hips. For women, it's generally in their thighs and buttock.

Sadly, you just need to keep getting leaner and continuing to loose body fat. Those areas are going to be the last place to get lean. You are going to get lean in your arms, legs etc. first.

A good topical fat burner like @stevesmi suggested but the main thing is to just keep loosing body fat.

Stay focused brother and keep grinding.
