training like a strongman?

I am not interested in competing in strongman at all, but I woudl like to get stronger that would be cool. I've been training with weights for many years doing each bodypart once or twice a week like usual. Not interested in abs anymore, just want to get stronger. how should I be adjusting my workouts?
 
Build up slowly to avoid injury. It is really about just consistently adding weight over time and lifting in low rep ranges. Make sure you are taking longer rest periods too. There is a lot you can try between powerlifting and strong man training styles.
