training legs with other muscle groups

do you guys think this will work out good?
i'll be doing one leg routinex4 sets everyday i train.
ex:chest and leg curls,back and leg extensions, bis trisand leg press and so on.what do you guys think?thanks
 
I can't imagine squating one day and throwing asnother bodypart in:bawling:

But if you are doing little baby excercises then maybe ie..leg ext ect...:rolleyes:

You're just being difficult and I know it. :D

One leg excercise every training day? While it's better than not training legs at all, how can it compare to one leg day?
 
try doing squats and doing another body part other than calves on top. you basically burn out your cns by doing squats. I know I just got done throwing up after squats, you gonna tell me to do back afterwards:rolleyes:

Yup. Also, you ever seen anyone of any real size doing full body workouts?
