training cycle

hey guys i am planning on taking methoxypro in order to gain some weight and muscle, but i am in need of a good workout schedule for a beginner. i have lifted before, but only like 3 times a week and not too hard. i am 5'9" and weigh 150 lbs. basically im asking for a cycle to train on(like what body parts to work out on what days) if i plan to work out about every day

ok so i went and bought the methoxypro, i just need to know when i should take it, how often, and what kind of cycle to do with weights
 
You just wasted some money.

Methoxy = overhyped bullshit protein.

Well, since you already bought it, take it whenever you need to get some protein in, and you can't with real food. If you're in a rush, away from home, etc.

Training 3 times a week is perfect.

Monday - Pull
Wednesday - Push
Friday - Legs
