Excerpt: I am pushing my 4th week on a steroid cycle. I am doing a simple test only cycle, doing sustanon250 at 500mg a week. I read you have to do a deload for a week every 4 weeks with weight training, but on this stack I donít feel like I need it cause I feel great. Do you think I should still do that or am I okay just pushing through.

I read you have to do a deload for a week every 4 weeks with weight training, but on this stack I donít feel like I need it cause I feel great. Do you think I should still do that or am I okay just pushing through.

    You should deload for a week why not? try it and then push hard again. I like to train in cycles myself

    deloading is fine, it is still putting stress on the muscles

    Deloads can be good to mix things up a bit with your training.

    Trust your body and don't push through when you are fatigued. If you feel good, don't take a deload week.
