Hey bros, I am stuck on a few more questions on my ISSA test, any help would be great...Thanks bros....

1. Where is the insertion of the Quad muscle?
A. groove of Humerus
B. Olecranon Process of Ulna
C. Medial Surface of the tibia
E. Both C and D


2. What is the insertion point of the Calf muscle
A. groove of Humerus
B. Calcaneus
C. Patella
D. Medial surface of tibia
E. Lateral condyle of femur

1) the quadriceps muscle inserts at the top of the kneecap.... I believe the humerus and ulna are in the arm? so I'm guessing C.

2) the tibialis anterior inserts into the tibia, so I'm guessing D on this one.

How this 411 has any practical application towards helping others achieve their fitness goals is beyond my comprehension. PT Certification is such a joke-but oh well. The whole fitness industry thrives on people not knowing what the fuck they're doing. They might as well keep the trainers filled with useless 411 as well to keep the money machine turning.
