Excerpt: I was looking at some pics and videos of zyzz and the guy was ripped to shreds. He is the man, and there is a lot of opinions on what his training looked like. I am curious to know what you think these guys are doing to get that shredded down. Is it high reps, over training isolation lifts, etc. Or is it just great genetics

    You can train for looks by going high rep, long sessions and really ripping the muscle
