training 1 exercise per muscle

I was reading some dude online and he said that you don’t need to train other exercises if you just focus on the 1 best one for each muscle group. He says it is because muscles don’t have angles and to prevent going stale just alternate high reps and low reps and resting between sets. Thought it was weird but interesting, you agree?

I like that it's like HIT training. You can do it 1 set per muscle group and move on do full body.

no i don't. by that theory doing compound lifts would be pointless cause you are working multiple muscles at the same time. count up all the muscles proper deadlifts work for example.

whoever said that is one of those guys who just does isolation lifts and gets away with it due to great genetics
