train through soreness of site injection??

bis are sore from yesterdays 200mg eq/75mg fina shot.. half to each bi.. 1cc each..

supposed to train arms today.. train through the soreness?

Yes, I had some real bad pain from my EQ and made myself do it. Go for it.

thanks golfer.. it's actually the fina that's puttin the hurtin on me.. but i'm gonna go ahead and try to train through tonight.. they aren't super sore.. but sore enough to feel like i just worked them the day before.

Working out will actually help the sorness subside quicker. Or at least it works for me.

I usually work out about 11:00 am, and do my shots at around 8:00 am. I am doing fina too, and that makes it not hurt so much, shooting a couple hours before you work out. Also, they aren't too bad the next day.

do your shots after you work out and into the muscle that you just worked.....i fing this the best to get rid of sorenes......even though i've only been doing them for 3 days now

thanks guys.. usually i'll shoot the bodypart the day after i work it.. i guess i was just fiending for it yesterday.. i think i'll stick with my normal routine from now on....

i'll let you know how today's workout goes..
