Hey guys and gals!
I wasn't sure where to post this so forgive me if there is a better place.
I'm sure a lot of you have heard of Ben Pakulksi lately. Anyway, he is hosting his own transformation contest starting August 1st-September 15.
All submissions must be sent to [email protected] no later than September 15th at Midnight EST.
Your choice of diet method and training method is completely up to you.
Prizes:
2 tickets to the Olympia, 3 nights hotel in Vegas and pictures with BPAK after the show!
Also, there may be some other SICK prizes for the top ten transformations (like training with BPAK and getting your own custom lifting belt - Like what Ben wears)
