Hey guys Im into my cycle of enanthate, 10mg dballs, and 300mg deca for 2 weeks now. I have been trainging 6 days a week. My regimine has been the following:
mon- back, abs
tues- upper chest
wednes- legs, abs
thurs- shoulders, traps
frid- bis, abs
sat- lower chest, calves
sun- off
I dont feel i am growing as much as i should be. Do you guys think I should bump it down to 5 days and give myself an extra day of rest? Am I maybe overtrainig?
