tracking my workouts

how do you guys track your workouts in modern times

I've seen videos in the old days were guys would write down their workouts with a pencil and paper lol

I'm sure these days we have come a long way. Are you guys using these fancy watches or tracking your heart rates and all that or do you just wing it

i keep a log daily, always keeping a log
 
I have a notebook I keep, long journal of training for last 10 years.
 
Get a good journal on your phone going and back it up on flash drive.
