tips for weighted leg raises on swissball?
Hi,
I would like to know if anyone has any tips for better lower abs contraction/isolation when performing weighted leg raises on a swissball.
No matter what strict form/concentration I use in performing this exercise, I feel more of a contraction in the center of the torso(just above the navel).
I perform these exercises twice a week with light weights, and always stretch beforehand.
any tips are appreciated.
