Tiny wrist

I'm 22 years old and I have really tiny wrists, I'm over six foot tall and only weigh a 150 lb so I'm a skinny lanky guy. I measured my wrist and it's only 7 in surround. What are the best exercises to build up my wrists and forearms. it's embarrassing because I try to open a jar and I can't even get the thing open
 
Wrist curls, deadlifts and bench are your friend
 
Nothing happens immediately, do wrist curls, deadlifts,bench, start hanging on the bar for 30 sec. and go up to 1-2 min. other times squeeze tennis ball
 
Just work on eating more of the right foods and training hard. Work on the core compound movements like squats, deadlifts, barbell rows......all without gloves or straps.
