Time for recovery

You can't lift every day [if you're not juicing] b/c you need time for your organism to rebuild torn fibers, build new "muscle" and recover from CNS exhaustion

But what about a cycling class ?

Would it be considered a "day off" ?
Does it delay recovery ?
What "works" the more ? the CNS ? the muscles ?

Hello ?
Hello ??
Hello ???

Is there somebody on this forum ? :(

CArdio and lifting are different. Just train them as though they are on two seperate, non-intereecting tracks.

I lift 3 days on, one day off. I try to run every day, at least every other day.

It is what I tried

But, after some heavy leg workout (squat, DL,...) my legs were so fried that I guess it impaired my cardio session (cycling)
