time to design a new routine

My gains are starting to plateu so i think its time to design a new routine. Right now im following a routine someone else helped me out with

mon chest and tri
db bench 4x10
db incline 3x8-12
cable cross over 3x12
dips 3x12
skull crushers 3x8-10
tricep press down 2x8-12

tues back and bi
barbell row 4x8-12
lat pull down 3x8-12
db row 3x6-8
hammer strength machine row 3x6-8
sometimes i do deads, but i have an old lower back injury so it depends how its feeling

thurs shoulders
db shoulder press 4x6-8
military press 3x10
side db raises 3x10
front delt raise 3x10
rear delt cable 3x10
db shrugs 4x8-12

friday legs
squat 4x6-8
leg press 3x8-12
leg ext 3x8-12
leg curl 3x8-12
seated calf raise 4x12
 
You can change it all up or you can simply change the sequence of the exercises. YOu would be amazed at putting squats at the end of a routine will do or bench or deads even. Shocks the shit out of the bod.
 
I'd try to hit body parts more frequently as this workout is more of the traditional workout base that most start with.
How many years of lifting do you have under your belt?
What are your current goals? gain size? strength? lose weight/fat?
