Tight Shoulders/Long arms/ Bench press/Bodybuilding

Quick Question: :confused:

I have preety long arms and whilst training dumbell/bar bench press including incline, decline, dumbell flys,especially CABLE FLYS my shoulders always start to burn way before my chest and i usually have to stop because my shoulders are too tired and not my chest!!! i want to get a full chest workout! I keep good form, stick my chest out and pull my shoulder blades togethor.

What could be the cause of this!?
Ways of correcting this!?
Suggestions?

Mind muscle connection?
Think about it and try it out. For some it seems to work very well. And of course others say BS....
You also might wanna google Dave Tate Bench Press. See how your form compares to what he says.

Bench press is a big compound exercise involving many muscle groups. Its natural there will be a weak link. Keep lifting. The weak parts will catch up.
