It's been a while, so HELLO.

I used to post frequently but fell off the map a few years ago. I'm glad to see my username still works.

I've been clean/natural for the last three years.

BUT

I'm considering planning a small HGH/IGF/Var cycle over the next 6 months or so, but for now I'll keep training.

Just wanted to check in and see how the community is. I'm a hardcore gym rat and decided I needed to stop lurking and post something finally.

Yes, my room is a fucking train wreck. My wheels are from way too much mountain biking and box jumps.


Keep lifting heavy things.
