    bros I have a small waist, I know many guys out there would love to have it, but in my opinions that's more
    for girls, I would like to thicken it up and I wonder if dead lifts could help or any other movement you can recommend

    if you have a tiny bone structure you should get on a workout program. your bones will get stronger and you will start putting on mass

    add weighted planks to your routine.
