Thickening the back out

[FONT=&quot]Just wondering how you all go about training for lat thickness? What exercises Really focus on the muscle belly? I've got width, but the density is seriously lacking. Wanna really bring this region out in the next year.[/FONT]

Pullups, late pull downs, bent over rows, seated rows etc. Make sure you are using proper form with controlled motions. Too many people at the gym are just jerking and swinging around on these exercises instead of focusing on the targeted muscle group. It feeds their ego, but doesn't develop a thick back.
 
If your looking for girth and not width try overhead dumbbell rows or machine, will broaden rib cage area
