Hi guys, I'm suffering from forearm tendonitis, is very painfull and I was wondering if this typ of injuries just disappear resting or I have to see a specialist? I had to stop working my arms because of it, thank you.

do not take this issue lightly.

1. get rid of gloves, straps, wraps if you are using them.
2. learn stretching exercises where you extend your arm out and pull back on your hand and then reverse stretch your hand the other way. this stretches your forearms
3. rest for a while
4. do NOT take anti -inflammatories or any drug for it, you will only make the problem worse

Rest is very important but I would definitely have it looked at. You want to know if there is actual damage done and ensure you take the proper time off. Make sure you are taking fish oil too.

Tendinitis (also called tendonitis) is an inflammation or irritation of a tendon (a thick cord that attaches bone to muscle). Sadly, there isn't much you can really do about it. Your tendonitis comes from over use. The main thing you need is rest.

The best natural supplement you can take to reduce inflammation is fish oil. Start supplementing with 6-10g per day. It'll reduce inflammation in your forearms and help reduce your tendonitis symptoms.
