Thanks Beast. I been prowling these forums for awhile but never post. I was looking at your lifts...MAN your awesome. I will do that when I gain more weight. Been eating like crazy now.

No problem brother!! Appreciate the kind words!! Sounds like you have the dedication brother!! Just keep up with the eating and doing what you can with the weights, and I think youll be very satisfied with what you get in return. ThanX again!!
 
I suggest
chin ups, which work your back, forearms and biceps, as well as some others.
pull ups (overhand grip), these put your biceps in weaker position, so you have to rely more on your back muscles.
push ups, theres lots of variations.

Theres lots of exercises you can do with just your body weight. Try an internet search, or check out www.bodybuilding.com
