T-Mag's Meltdown Training/Lactic Acid Training HELP!

OK I want to know people's results from this. Not a post saying "it should work..." or some stupid worthless posts. Just posts on RESULTS, or if you have something intelligent to say or something to add to the routine to make it more effective. Sorry to sound like an ass, but it just makes it easier for me (and everyone else) to read some good info w/o wading through the shit. Now, a few questions about it:

1) Has anyone taken ECA before doing this workout? If so, how did that fare for you? Sometimes ECA makes me sick, and combined w/ this workout, I think I might puke

2) If I am understanding this correctly, you do this workout in the morning on an empty stomach?

3) Would using Mag-10 with this program be effective?

4) Is this ONLY performed twice a week with no other exercise during that week? I'm worried about overtraining.

5) Any dieting/nutritional info or tips while doing this training???
