Switching it up

Today was leg day and I had to go to a different gym cos I forgot my shorts and I had a locker with spares in the other gym.

Did front squats instead of leg press, different leg curl machine that felt different, calves on a calf block.

It feels good to switch it up! Great work out!

I didn't know that you work out. Good for you, maing.
 
Man I am sore in all kinds of ways now....even though I was doing front squats on the smith, my obliques are sore! and my traps too.

this is awesome.
