In practice very few people (except newbies) work 2 or more muscles at the same time (ie 1 set for chest then 1 set for tris then again chest, tris and so on)
With the exception of flys or a pec deck......when you are working your chest you are working your tri`s..........I think to do a compound chest movement followed by a tricep move followed by a chest movement and so on and so on would be self defeating..... my 2 cents anyway
