Supersets in hypertrophy training

I have tried doing hypertrophy specific training and have gotten good results in the past do you think I should add in supersets into them. My previous run was 3 weeks doing two to three sets of 15 rep max and then doing 3 weeks table 10 rep max and then a 3 week of a 6 rep max. Then the last few weeks I would do negatives. Is this a good set up
 
I would stack negatives with super sets
do like 2 super sets then follow by 1 set slow negatives
it's the 2: 1 formula

Why not. The hypertrophy thing is overplayed.

All training that adds muscle is a kind of hypertrophy
